The Initial Consultation takes approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours where I'll ask you a number of questions related to your intake form and use variety of Ayurvedic diagnostic tools, such as pulse and tongue assessment. Then we'll meet for 30-minutes a week later (included in this fee) where I'll share with you dietary, herbal and lifestyle recommendations based on your constitution and any current imbalances you may have.
