Class are usually are between four and ten people depending on the location. Class series are designed to support a regular practice and track on-going progress on all levels.
Small Group & Privates:
Gather a group of friends or join with others who are interested in developing their yoga practice and want personal instruction as well as a community environment.
Enjoy yoga in the comfort of your own home with poses and sequences that are catered to your needs. Receive support around finding a place to practice, initiating a routine, and creating an altar or "sacred space" for you.
Available for Corporate Wellness Programs, lunch hour yoga, or after work "happy-hour" relaxation and stress management yoga classes.
