CG Wellness focuses on preventative healthcare by harmonizing with nature through food, yoga, meditative practices and daily, as well as seasonal lifestyle routines. I believe that when we attune to our naturally vibrant, most radiant state of being we can move towards health and balance from the inside out. My wish through these offerings is to support your journey, encourage connection to your own inner resources, and provide pathways to the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda. CG Wellness is a culmination of what I continue to learn, embody, enjoy, and am inspired to share. I'm dedicated to exploring the art of walking a path of balance, serving others and this earth, creating health equity, and collective well-being.
