PranaFlow® Yoga
I have been taking yoga classes from Camina since fall of 2013. Camina is a natural instructor. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and cheerful. Every class is different and surprising. All include a mix of challenging, reinforcing, and relaxing poses. The sessions flow naturally, and are accompanied by inspirational music. At the end of each class I always feel like it was exactly what I needed for that day! -Lisa Norosky, Winsdor, CA

After our yoga nidra class I happened to see my doctor later that day and my blood pressure was the lowest it's ever been!" -Participant from the Exchange Bank Wellness Program
Yoga Nidra
Camina has provided a most valuable introduction to the practice of yoga nidra during these last months. Her sessions offer the deepest relaxation of an entirely new kind to me. The tranquility and beauty I experience through her guidance is quite profound and surprising even. Everything seems clear and fine and safe as I listen to her lovely voice and follow her directions, aware and awake but deeply calmed. And, as I have come to know and trust this special "place" within myself, more and more I find my difficult life to be considerably eased. I would like to continue this very beneficial practice indefinitely. -Nancy Meredith, Santa Rosa, CA
Camina Gillotti introduced us to yoga nidra a few months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. It is an indescribably calming process that transports us to a totally relaxed, yet aware place of contentment and comfort. Camina's soothing voice leads us through visualizations that relax the mind and body and create a sense of peace that is hard to describe. She uses a variety of visualizations and guided meditations which adds to the depth of the yoga nidra experience. She always asks how the experience has been for us after the sessions and adjusts each session according to the needs of the individuals. We are enthralled with the process and enjoy it thoroughly.

Ayurveda
I started Ayurvedic consultations with Camina in the spring of 2013. It has been, without a doubt, one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! My Ayurvedic consultation appointment is always a bright spot on my calendar. I know I will come away from each visit with new tools, inspiration and a more positive outlook.
With each visit there is always something new that I’m excited to try, whether it is a new tea, seasonal recipe, meditation tip, inspirational reading material, or even a new way to approach a problem. Camina has introduced me to dozens of diet and health practices I was not previously aware of, practices that are now integral parts of my daily life.
Camina is a genuine and supportive person who truly believes in the principles she is teaching. Her gentle guidance makes it a pleasure to add healthful practices to my life. -Lisa Norosky, Winsdor, CA
I was blessed to be able to work with Camina. Step by gentle step, Camina introduced me to many spiritually and physically supportive practices. I learned so much in the months we worked together!! And I still experience great benefits from the practices. But most importantly, her deeply conscious valuing of Ayurveda combined with her truly non-judgmental, open-hearted presence, create in her the makings of a true healer. I will always be thankful for the opportunity I had to get to know Camina and benefit from her knowledgable, compassionate care. -Jan Tannarome, Grass Valley, CA
Camina is an incredible Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher whom I was honored to have crossed paths with while studying at the California College of Ayurveda in 2010. She was, and remains, incredibly compassionate and nurturing towards others, enthusiastic about life, and dedicated to understanding the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. Camina’s commitment to her patients and yoga students is evident by the countless ways she prepares and researches prior to devotionally holding space to allow for each individuals healing journey to unfold. She is truly a gift to this world as she travels down her path as a healer, guide, seasonal living mentor, and teacher.

Wellness Hikes
Last weekend, Alan and I participated in a really enjoyable outdoor event that I'd like to share with you and help promote. Two young women, Camina and Katrina, are offering these upcoming hikes. The hike was challenging, but just enough so. The yoga class was, too! And the lunch was fabulous...check it out. -Fran Carbonaro, Sebastopol, CA
I had the pleasure of hiking the Pomo Canyon trail to Red Hill with Camina and Katrina in June of this year. I was so looking forward to our time together that I arrived early and enjoyed the solitude of an early morning Saturday at Shell Beach, our starting point.
What a day! I always enjoy that particular hike with the panoramic view of the Coast and empty inland hills but I was not prepared for what was in store at the top. A delicious Ayurvedic snack lovingly made for us was presented along with fragrant spicy Chai. Camina led us through Yoga asanas with the wind playing and the birds calling all around us. Yoga on the top of Red Hill! Wonderful! Afterward, we sat and talked like old friends, all different ages and stages in life. Camina answered questions about her passion studying Ayurvedic healing.
The combination of resting in the natural world, eating healthy snacks, stretching the body on the body of the earth, and mostly, the wise presence of the two guides Katrina and Camina was an experience I will treasure. And, I'm signing up for the next hike! -Jane Kingston, Sebastopol, CA
Running late, feeling a bit frantic, I rolled up to the Armstrong Redwoods parking lot to meet up for the hike with Katrina and Camina. They were sweet and it didn't take long before I was relaxing, taking deep breaths and enjoying the beauty of the redwoods. The hike was great, with Katrina leading the way at a brisk pace and Camina bringing up the rear at a more leisurely pace - so take your pick.
Katrina and Camina bring a peaceful and youthful energy. Katrina's lovely simple tai chi routine and Camina's yoga session are heightened by the natural locale and were an incredible experience. After a wonderful hike, and doing tai chi and yoga under the redwoods, we come to a lovely table, like something you would find on a magazine page! Really, with sweet tablecloth and cloth napkins and warm cups of tea. There were too many specials touches to list, but they all added up to an ambiance of care. And let's not forget the food. Oh, the food! It was beautifully presented and tasty, not to mention healthful. There is an Ayurvedic component to the food which means it not only taste delicious but also feels nurturing. (Bonus, they will give you the recipes as well)
Ahhh, if every day could start this way, what a wonderful world this would be! But being realistic, once a month would be an amazing addition to our self care and growth. I went into this not sure what to expect and left with a sense of contentment and bliss. -Karen , Sebastopol, CA
Camina and Katrina were the perfect duo for the perfect nature adventure at Annadel State Park. The hike was beautiful and fit for many levels, the food was made with so much love and delight, and the yoga class was a perfect combination of love, breath, sun, and gentle yoga poses. What a great way to spend an afternoon! -Sallie George Poston, Oakley, Utah
Retreats
My experience at the Fall 2016 Women's Ayurvedic Retreat was magnificent. Both Heather and Camina, both truly gifted practitioners, created a space for me to relax, reflect and nurture myself in a way I wouldn't normally give myself. The variety of yoga, educational discussions, meditation, and glorious meals mixed with free time were well balanced and enriching. I left the weekend at peace and brought that back to my daily life with ease. I am looking forward to the next retreat and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a restorative weekend. ~Danielle Sprague. Woodland, Ca
The Women’s Ayurvedic Retreat was a much needed respite from my hectic life to nourish and rekindle the need for silence through meditation, yoga and spiritual practices. We were nurtured with delicious vegetarian meals, time for walks in the beautiful hills, and time for personal reflection. Camina and Heather shared their knowledge and experience about the beneficial healing properties of Ayurvedic practices, which can be incorporated into our daily lives. The retreat was an inspiration, a reminder to honor what we have been given, to be kind and compassionate for ourselves and all life. ~Susan Eschler, Santa Rosa, Ca
